Being new to Tasmania, I was given a very sour first experience with a visit to the huonville news agency. I went in for a bite to eat and was spoken to like I was a piece of dirt. The woman serving me was clearly suffering from pain of some sort and reacted like a child being asked to clean their room when I asked her for a piece of food that required her to move 3 meters to the right to retrieve. I then went to pay for it and was rudely told I couldn't use my preferred payment method that every other retailer accepts. I walked out in disgust. I'm surprised lotto wants their brand name associated with such poor customer service.
