Alex does a pretty good job prepping better than average Pizza's for the locals.The wood fired oven adds a nice flavour but to my mind it's a bit out of place for the quality of ingredients used, which aren't bad, just generic.I'd happily pay more for better quality ingredients that took advantage of the wood fired oven.With all that said, I've been going there for years, Alex is good for a yarn ;-)
